I have a few low level runes (nef, ral, tal, eth) as well as low (below 15) level sorc staffs, and a low level necro head. One staff is a yellow, the other being eth, and the head is a single socket. The eth staff was found during shopping (akara), the rest dropped randomly, though i can't remember where from. Best guess is act 1 normal, not andy, perhaps countess tower.
